Pediatric patients with primary CNS tumors should be treated by 3D conformal radiation therapy techiques as it allows better sparing of risk organs Although the results of the current study were not statistically significant , but more number of patients and longer follow - up period may show statistical differences between both arms in favour of the 3D conformal arm
