Gasification is one of the most promising techniques among all alternatives proposed for the production of energy from biomass. The research aims mainly to increase the biomass conversion efficiency to synthesis gas, reduce the tar and char residues. Catalytic gasification was considered as one of the main options for the optimization of the process
