One of The golden treatments in topical burn is silver sulfadiazine (SSD) , an effective antibacterial agent for burn wound treatment . The aim of this work is to formulate (SSD) in vesicular nanoparticulate systems that would enable us to control the release of (SSD) and decrease its dose thus avoiding the cytotoxic effect of silver
