  • Issued also as CD
Dissertation note: Thesis (M.Sc.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Medicine - Department of Cardiology Summary: The goal of this study was to identify factors associated with higher platelet aggregation following clopidogrel therapy in subjects with acute coronary syndrome(ACS). A heterogeneous platelet reactivity response to clopidogrel exists, and the clinical or biochemical predictors of suboptimal platelet inhibition with clopidogrel remain unclear. This study was conducted on 62 subjects with ACS requiring treatment with clopidogrel 75 mg daily for 7 days or more
