Obesity and especially visceral visceral adipose tissues accumulations increased the risk of developing type 2 diabetes . Adipose tissues can function as an active endocrine organ coregulating whole- body metabolisms through released of many hormones one of them is adiponectin . Circulating plasma adiponectin concentrations have been reported to be reduced in the obese state
