Routine cerebrovascular imaging for left sided infective endocarditis helped to achieve significant improvement in IE morbidity and mortality . Early detection of SCBE "Sub - Acute Brain Embolizations " specially silent ICMAs and their appropriate management cause declining for total IE mortality to 13% neurologically complicated cases mortality to 19% IE cases with ICMA mortality to 14.3%
