This behavior has been extensively studied in disordered ABO₃ perovskites and also in mixed crstals of hydrogen bonded ferroelectrics and antiferroelectrics A₂ BO₄ [1]. The first halide perovskite relaxor was reported by Mostafa et al . in the perovskite [(CH₂)₃(NH₃)₂] Cd₁- xCux C1₄, x = 0.4 and 0.7 [2,3]
