From these results we can conclude that tissue ACE levels are higher in psoriatic patients when compared to healthy control subjects , this high tissue ACE level is most evident in psoriatic lesions but also present and significant in non psoriatic skin of the patients when compared to controls., this supports the theories of the importance of ACE in the pathogensis of psoriais
