Modeling and simulation of hybrid cycles of sofc and gas turbine is done to calculate the output power at different operating conditions and studies the effect of important cycle parameters on the cycle efficiency to determine the optimum cycle operating condition . Studies different hybrid cycle to determine the most efficient cycle with the lowest cost per unit kW product
