The present study was carried out at the South Sinai Research Station, located at Ras Suder that affiliated with the Desert Research Center, Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation, Egypt. This work aimed at studying the effect of heat shock programs as one of bio-stimulation methods during growth period on induction of heat shock proteins 70, physiological responses and performance of laying hens reared under hot desert conditions
