Morbid obesity has become a big health problem due to its multiple co- morbidities . Bariatric surgery proved to be an effective way for management of morbid obesity and its co- morbitities . In recent years sleeve gastrectomy has evolved as a single - stage procedure for the treatment of morbid obesity . Sleeve gastrectomy which is showing effective resolution of co- morbidities and good weight loss , shows increasing popularity among bariatric surgeons
