This study was designed to compare between endoscopic and open surgical repair techniques in treatment of zygomatic fractures. The variables evaluated were age, gender, sites of fracture, treatment options and postoperative complications. During the period from January 2011 to June 2013, thirty Egyptians patients presented with zygomatic fracture
