Twenty-three samples out of 168 examined samples from broiler chicks and layers hens were positive for isolation of Gallibacterium species. The highest percentage of isolation was from layers with percentage of 46.3% while from broilers the percentage was 3.1%. The best sample for detection of Gallibacterium species was internal organs than tracheal swabs with a percentage of 46.9% and 5.9% respectively
