Saif Alsaif , it's obvious that the researcher has collection 374 sambles were collected from cattle buffaloes and human from which 25 S. aureus isolates were identified as 20 from bovine (80%) and 5 from human (20%) 10out of the 25 S. aureus isolates were found to be toxigenic with an incidence of 40%using RPLA
