To review the role of endovascular therapy in the management of SATs diseases. Prospective study during the period from March 2011 to February 2013. from 13 consecutive symptomatic patients with occlusive disease in 6 patient (46.1%) and aneurismal diseases in 8 patient (11 men and 2 women, median age 51.5ys for atherosclerotic pathological lesions and 34.5ys for traumatic cases. All cases were symptomatic. All patient with occlusive atherosclerotic lesions have 1ry stenting with predilatation. Endograft were used in all patients with arterial injury and pseudoaneurysm. 1ry technical success was achieved in all occlusive lesion 6 / 6 (100%) 3 of which are stenotic while 3 lesions are total occlusion 1ry technical success was occur in 9 / 10 (90%) lesions in patient with traumatic and aneurismal disease, 1/9 (11%) lesion with atherosclerotic aneurysm was complicated with distal embolization and failure to exclude the aneurysm
