This research is a study about the european union that had capacitated the twenty seven countries of europe block, which has enabled european union (EU) to become a living model for other regional blocks looking to simulate and achieve this kind of a status. List by the International (2010). It is an attempt to understand the manner in which this region was able to reach this level of effectiveness, the study will review the key elements in the european union (EU) institutional approach, hence reflect the institutional and the supranational concept of the EU system, covering the economic aspects, in order to identify key motivating elements which lay behind this process, and to grasp how best such prospect and plan can help visualize the future for other regions. From that aspect, this research will present a political economy dimension to this analyze with a closer look at the institutional approaches
