ملاحظة الأطروحة: Thesis (M.Sc.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Agriculture - Department of Economic Entomology and Pesticides ملخص: Field trials were carried out in two sites Qaliob and El-Suhada to study the persistence and residue levels of chromafenozide, hexythiazox, etoxazole, boscalid and pyraclostrobin in strawberry fruits under field conditions using HPLC-DAD and GC-ECD. The methods were validated using blank samples spiked at three levels and the results showed that recoveries of tested pesticides were ranged from 85% to 110%, it was in the acceptable range according to EC (SANCO/ 12495/2011) . The intra- and inter-day relative standard deviations of all tested pesticides were less than 15%, in agreement with directives for method validation in residue analyses. Estimated the limit of quantification was 0.01 mg kg -1, and the limit of dedication ranged between 0.001 to 0.005 mg/kg. The initial deposit of chromafenozide, hexythiazox, etoxazole boscalid and pyraclostrobin in strawberry in Qaliob were 0.971, 0.764, 1.04, 0.394 and 0.344 mg kg⁻¹, respectively. While the initial deposit of chromafenozide, hexythiazox, etoxazole boscalid and pyraclostrobin in strawberry in El-Suhada were 0.910, 0.862, 0.867, 0.459 and 0.451 mg kg⁻¹, respectively
