Two different approaches during resection of the greater curvature in sleeve gastrectomy are compared to each other regarding postoperative BMI change, vomiting, nausea and reflux symptoms over a period of six months, the first approach include starting resection 3cm from the pylorus while the other approach include resection 6cm from pylorus
