Bullying is a major public health problem that demands the concerted and coordinated time and attention of health - care providers, policy - makers and families (srabstein and leventhal, 2010). This study was conducted among workers in textile plant to assess psychiatric disorders due to bullying. The results indicated that 74% of workers have depression, 81% of workers have anxiety which was higher among female workers, 64% have neurosis, 89% have introversion, 29% of workers were positive in lie scale and 2% were positive in criminality workplace bullying is a dangerous health problem and has a great psychological effect on workers
