Background: An accurate and reproducible technique for the assessment of the shape of the anterior cornea is an essential requirement for both clinical research in the field of physiological optics and for any treatment that aims at changing the optics of the eye. Results: The study showed that the mean K1 values measured by automated keratometry, Topolyzer and Pentacam were 42.83 ± 1.466 D, 42.62 ± 1.463 D and 42.67 ± 1.421 D respectively, while the mean K2 values were 44.34 ± 1.595 D, 44.11 ± 1.519 D and 44.13 ± 1.55 D respectively. There was a stastically significant difference in the measurements of the Automated Keratometer when compared to the Topolyzer and the Pentacam, while there was a non- significant difference between the measurements of the Topolyzer and the Pentacam. Conclusion: The Allegro Topolyzer and Sirius Pentacam measurements are very comparable to each other (but not to the Automated Keratometer) and can be used interchangeably. On the other hand, the Automated Keratometer (Nidek, ARK- 510A, Japan) measurements were not comparable or interchangeable with the measurements taken by the other two devices
