Many of the chemicals have potential toxic effects on health and the environment, as a result of the different exposures of the trading, transportation, manufacturing and disposal of such chemicals. And those chemicals can be transformed into contaminants in the environment, such as air, water and soil pollution, and climate change. The chemical industry includes a number of industries such as plastics, rubber, industrial gases and chemicals intermediates and fertilizers, paints, dyes and paper industry ... according to the Chamber of Chemical Industries in Egypt. And still methods and environmental technologies are under development stage in Egypt, along with the gap between the expansion of the chemical industry and the implementation of periodic assessment of the environmental commitment on the chemical plants in Cairo
