This work is devoted to the estimation of pumping power and pressure losses for a novel low-temperature thermal cycle to produce electricity and fresh water suggested by professor Mobarak. This system has the advantage of being self-sufficient, yielding a net electric power after having supplied its own needs of pumping power. The present work estimates the mass flow rates and the head needed for all pumps for a different plant sizes
