The present work is concerned with the synthesis of certain pyrimidinone-5-carbonitriles, morpholinopyrimidine-5-carbonitrile derivatives with the detailed procedures. Additionally, the thesis includes the characterization of new compounds as well as the structure activity correlation and conclusion of the results of anticancer and antimicrobial screening
