Purpose: The current study was conducted to investigate the therapeutic efficacy of aerobic exercises on strength,balance and quality of life postoperative radical cystectomy.Subjects: Thirty patients of both sexes (17men and 13 women) with age ranged from 40 to 70 years who had done radical cystectomy participated in this study. Method: The practical work was recruited from National Cancer Institute for patients Post operatively. They were assigned into two groups: Group A (aerobic exercises group) included 15 patients who received aerobic exercises training for 30 minutes daily for 6 weeks. Group B (medication group) included 15 patients who received only medication. Biodex system, chair stand test and quality of life scale were used in this study. Results: The post treatment results revealed: For overall stability index: Group A the percentage of improvement was 21.95 % while Group B the percentage of improvement was 10.08 % For Antero-posterior stability index: Group A the percentage of improvement was 21.42 % % while Group Bthe percentage of improvement was 11.73 %. For Medio-lateral stability index: Group A the percentage of improvement was 27.74 % while Group B the percentage of improvement was 13.58 %.For Quality of life assessment (QOL)
