The present study was carried out to compare between protected and non-protected lactic acid, acetic acid, and propionic acid on growth performance, feed utilization, some hematological parameters, and carcass proximate analysis in Oreochromis niloticus. The study has been conducted at the laboratory of Fish Nutrition, Regional Center for Food and Feed, Agricultural Research Center, Egypt and has been started on 18th August 2017 and continued until 17th November of the same year (90 days). Seven duplicated treatments were tested in separated aquaria and each aquarium was stocked with 25 fish. Three hundred fifty monosex (male) Nile tilapia fingerlings were acclimated to the experimental conditions for two weeks (15 days), during which fish were fed a control diet at a level of 3% of biomass. The organic acid supplemented diets were prepared by spraying non-protected and protected in the percentage of 0.2% on the diet
