The aim of this study was to find out the effectiveness of one of the most widely used medicinal preparations, L-carnitine, as well as green tea, as it is one of the most important natural plants used and has the ability to lose weight with tracking the biochemical and histopathological effects resulting from the use of both methods to lose weight. The experiment was designed as follows: Eight groups of white rats were under study, to conduct studies of biochemical parameters in the blood, as well as to examine a complete blood image of the animals before the start of the transaction, for control animals, whether negative or positive control, to make sure that any changes in the biochemical parameters are due to the coefficients only. In the experiment 15 rats were used in each group. First group: White male control rats fed for 8 weeks with a special diet high fat diet to induce obesity. Second group: White female control rats are fed for 8 weeks with the same diet to induce obesity or weight gain. Third group: White male masturbation rats fed with natural flavor. Fourth group: White female control rats fed a natural diet
