Materials and methods: A total of 40 volunteer patients who fulfilled the inclusion criteria were selected to participate in the study. A consent was taken from each patient prior to the commencement of the study. In this study split mouth design was used for each patient, in each patient the two types of pit and fissure sealant were used. Such that Embrace{u2122} WetBond{u2122} Pit & Fissure Sealant in one side while Seal-Rite{u2122} Pit & Fissure Sealant was placed on the contralateral side. In the selected patients the grouping was done according to the type of sealant used (S). Group (S1) the pits and fissure were sealed Embrace{u2122} WetBond{u2122} Pit & Fissure Sealant. Group (S2) the pits and fissure were sealed using the Seal-Rite{u2122} Pit & Fissure Sealant. Such that for each material (n=40) and the total number of sealant placed in all patients were (n=80). After placement of the pits and fissure sealants they were assessed at three different time periods (T). where each sealant was assessed Immediately after placement (T1), three months (T2 )and six months (T3). All sealants were evaluated using Soprolife® intra-oral camera by two investigators who were blind to the material and not involved with the treatment procedures used for the restorations
