Dissertation note: Thesis (M.Sc.) - Cairo University - Faculty of African Postgraduate Studies - Department of Natural Resources Summary: The objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of Bio (Mycorrhizal fungi) and Mineral (NPK) fertilizers (control, 100% NPK,100% bio,25%NPK+75% bio, 75%NPK+25% bio and 50%NPK+50%bio),also the effect of irrigation intervals (10,15and20 days) on growth and chemical constituents of Moringaoliferain the open field during two successive seasons 2013 and 2014, carried out at National Organization for Drug Control and Research in the Experimental Farm of Medicinal Plants at Kafr Al-Gabal. Governorate Giza. Egypt. Effect of fertilizer levels and irrigation intervals on vegetative growth and chemical constituents of Moringaolifera plants. Results showed that using mineral and Bio fertilizer at rates (50% NPK: 50%bio and 25%NPK: 75%bio) with irrigation interval 20 days had a favorable effect on increasing all the growth parameters (plant height, No. branches, stem diameter, fresh and dry weights Kg/plant and ton / fed , fresh and dry weight of leaves per plant and per ton/ fed. As well as the content of pigments (chlorophyll a, b and carotenoids), total carbohydrates and total protein.Treatment 25%NPK + 75% bio gave the highest value of nutrients (N, P, K and Ca) with irrigation every 20 days. The same treatment increased protein content in leaves of Moringaolifera when irrigated the plants every 20 days. The oil content increased with application 25%NPK+75%bio treatment and irrigated every 20 days, while fatty acids(palmatic, oleic and linoleic) increased with 75%NPK+ 25% bio treatment and irrigated every 10 days. Treatment 25%NPK+75%bio increased oleic and linoleic acids with irrigation every 15 days
