Six Sigma is regarded as a well-structured methodology for improving the quality of processes and products. The prime objective of Six Sigma is reducing defects by reducing variability in the system. In this study, we will apply the Lean Six Sigma methodology in a company that works in the home appliances industry, and this research will be applied to the application of the DMAIC method to improve the quality of operations, reduce losses, improve customer satisfaction, and improve company profits
