Title of the study. Effect of Aerobic Exercise versus Interval Resistive Exercise on Blood Coagulation in Type 2 Diabetic Patients. purpose of study was to compare between aerobic and interval resistive exercises on blood coagulation in type 2 diabetic patients. Objectives and Methods: sixty type 2 diabetic patients from both sexes their age ranged from 45 to 65 years, were seslected from Al Ahrar Zagazig Hospital and enrolled in study for 12 weeks. They were assigned into two groups equally in numbers: Group (A): received aerobic exercises with low caloric diet. Group (B): received interval resistive exercises with low caloric diet. Results: There was statistically significant reductions in HbA1c and fibrinogen levels (p<0.05) in favour of group (B). Group (A) was 30 type 2 diabetic patients (20 male and 10 female) their mean±SD age (50.5±5.51)years, their mean ±weights (80.43±7.35) kg, their mean±SD lengthes (167.8±7.4)cm and their mean±SD BMI (28.53±1.36) kg/m2 that group received aerobi exercises Group (B)was 30 type 2diabetic patients (20male and 10 female) their mean±SD age(49.2±3.17) years, their mean±weights (79.93±7.6) kg and their BMI (28.22±1.3) kg/m2. Conclusion. Interval resistive exercise is more effective than aerobic exercise in improving HbA1c and fibrinogen levels in patients with type 2 diabetes
