Background: Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting is a surgery to replace blocked arteries with healthy blood vessels and inability to fully empty a hemothorax post coronary artery bypass graft can cause evolution of fibrothorax. Fibrothorax restricts the lung, and can start as soon as 1-2 weeks sequent the surgical procedure. Patients who suffer fibrothorax convey startingbreathlessness. For mechanically ventilated patients, cumulative hardness with appropriate ventilation because oflimitedchest mechanization can be visible. Aim of the study : The aim is to prove the effect of using Forced Expiratory pressure techniques with deep breathing exercises on wound drainage, decreasing extent of lodging in intensive care unit ICU, decreased time of Thoracotomy Tube TT insertion, increasing 6Minute Walk Distance 6MWD covered by the patient following surgery and improvement of Lung Compliance.Materials and methods: 40 male overweight Post Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting patients with age ranged between 55:65 years old were recruited from CardioTech open resuscitation unit were assigned into two equal groups in number group A (20 patients) (study group) and group B (20 patients) (control group). Pre and Post assessment was performed for both groups in the form of percentage of change of fluid exudates from mediastinal and left intra-pleural thoracotomy tubes and percentage of change in peak cough flow and 6Minute Walk Distance Test. Both groups have performed 3 sessions two in the second day postoperative and one on the third day in the form of percussion, vibration, shaking, deep breathing exercises, incentive spirometer, acapella and circulatory exercises with adding 10 minutes of forced expiratory techniques for the study group

للإجابة على هذا السؤال ، استخدمنا في هذة الدراسة الباحث العلمي Google و PubMed و Science Direct و Pedro و Ovid وCochrane باستخدام الكلمات الرئيسية ”Physical Therapy Modalities” و ”Thalassemia” و ”Sickle Cell Disease” و ”Exercise Training” ” Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation”،” Breathing Exercise ”،” Children ”،” Health – related quality of Life”.
قامت الدراسة بتوسيع نطاق بحثنا ليشمل جميع تصميمات البحث باستثناء آراء الخبراء والدراسات التي تقيس النتائج التي لا تتعلق بنطاق هذه الدراسة.
تم تلخيص البيانات من جميع الدراسات المشمولة بالتنسيق التالي الذي يتضمن: خصائص المشاركين (العدد في كل مجموعة ، والتشخيص ، والأرقام في كل مجموعة فرعية للتشخيص والأعمار) ، والمجموعة العلاجية ، والمجموعة المقارنة، وتصميم البحث ، ومستوى دليل على الدراسة ونتائج الفائدة.
تبعا للبحث تم ايجاد 12 بحث و إدراجهم فى هذه الرسالة و تم التحليل البيانى لأربعة أبحاث و مناقشة توضيحية لثمانية أبحاث أخرى و وفقا لهذه الأبحاث وجدنا تأثيرإيجابى لإستخدام وسائل العلاج الطبيعى المختلفة على الأطفال المصابين بانيميا البحر المتوسط و الخلايا المنجلية من حيث تقليل الأعراض المصاحبة للمرض من تعب و اكتئاب و الشعور بالقلق و تحسين نمو العظام و مستوى مخزون الحديد فى الدم و تحسين وظائف الرئة
