Dissertation note: Thesis (PH.D.) - Cairo University - Faculty Of Veterinary Medicine - Department Of Biochemistry and Chemistry Of Nutrition Summary: We can concluded that the camelus dromedaries have an ovarian inhibin as a main regulator for reproductive hormones and have some similarities to the inhibin of other species Further studies must be provided to complete analysis of the chemical and biological properties of this peptideIt is also needed to separate the gene coding inhibin for biotechnology production to be used for improving the fertility of camels especially for superovulation and invitro fertilizationThis can help also in the clinical diagnostic field of the pathophysiology of the ovarian structures and in the other applications of improving the reproductive performance
