N2  - It could be concluded that addition of gonadotropins (FSH+hCG) in combination with estradiol to the maturation medium were indispensable for improvement of in vitro maturation , fertilization and embryonic development of buffalo oocytesWhile , T3 has no effect on the in vitro embryo production in buffaloMoreover , the exposure of mature buffalo oocytes to E2 , during in vitro fertilization , had a beneficial influence on fertilizationTherefore , it is recommended to use gonadotropic hormones in combination with E2 as a maturation medium supplements , in order to improve IVEP results in buffaloMoreover , E2 is sufficient to be used alone as a supplement in the fertilization medium to improve IVF
