It is represented in an organized system concerned with education affairs and aims to achieve the educational objectives of the society in accordance with the educational policy of the state. The educational institutions have been interested in qualifying educational leaders through sustainable professional development and its various programmes, and that this qualification should be prior to the leader’s assumption of the leadership position and simultaneous during the exercise of his leadership duties in order to keep pace with Progress and facing the challenges of the age according to a variety of approaches, including leadership competencies
