<br/><br/> تعد مشكلة الاسكان الاجتماعي من اهم المشكلات التي تواجه بلادنا منذ عقود ، ليس فقط في توفير الوحدات ولكن ايضا في تحقيق الراحة الحرارية للمستخدمين ، وبدراسة تطور الاسكان منخفض التكاليف و دراسة اهم نظم الاعتماد و عناصرها ودراسة اسس التصميم السكني المستدام يفترض الباحث عدة عناصر مؤثره علي الاكتساب الحراري للغلاف اللخارجي و البدائل المختلفة له من حيث التكلفة و معدل الاكتساب الحراري لتحقيق التصميم المتكامل.  <br/>a)	The problem of low-cost housing is one of the most important problems facing our country for decades, not only in providing units, but also in achieving thermal comfort, and by studying the development of low-cost housing and the most important rating systems and studying the foundations of sustainable housing design The components of the façade and the physio thermal properties from the Egyptian Energy Code. The researcher assumes several factors affecting the heat gain of the façade and its different alternatives in terms of cost and heat gain rate to achieve the integrated design of social housing buildings.<br/>
