  <abstract>A total of 614 oil-utilizing bacterial and 31 oil-utilizing fungi could be obtained. The identities of candidate genera capable of growing with crude oil were confirmed by the 16S rRNA (for bacteria) and 18S rRNA (for fungi). The bacterial isolates were affiliated to five genera of Pseudomonas, Alcaligenes, Bacillus, Dietza and Streptomyces. The four fungal isolates were affiliated to Aspergillus</abstract>
  <abstract>تم الحصول على اجمالي 614 عزلة بكتيرية و 31 عزلة فطرية. تم تأكيد هويات الأجناس المرشحة القادرة على النمو مع النفط الخام بواسطة 16S rRNA (للبكتيريا) و 18S rRNA (للفطريات). تنتمي العزلات البكتيرية إلى خمسة أجناس من Pseudomonas و Alcaligenes و Bacillus و Dietiza و Streptomyces. كانت العزلات الفطرية الأربعة مرتبطة ب Aspergillus. برز Bacillus subtilis RGB6 كأفضل عامل تكسير بكتيري للزيت الخام (68.3٪) بينما فطر Aspergillus terreus RGF3 بنسبة 86.5٪.</abstract>
