The condition is characterized by irreversible and progressive glomerular and tubulointerstitial fibrosis, ultimately leading to a reduction in the glomerular filtration rate (GFR) and retention of uremic toxins. If disease progression is not halted with therapy, the net results are chronic kidney disease (CKD), end-stage renal disease (ESRD), and cardiovascular disease (Couser, 2001). Aim of the study: examine The effect of sodium glucose transporter 2 inhibitor Empagliflozin on albuminuria and kidney function progression in patients with non diabetic glomerulonephritis. بالرغم من التطور الحديث بالتدخل الدوائي،ان ام ارض الالتياب النفروزي الحادة والمزمنة دائما ماتؤدي الي ارتفاع معدلات الاعتلال والوفاة. مثبطات ناقل صوديوم-جموكوز تم تقديميا لعلاج النوع الثاني من مرض السكر الكثير من الد ارسات اوضحت فائد كبيرة لاستخدام ىذا العقار بمرض القصور الكموي المزمن بغض النظر عن اصابتيم بمرض السكر. نتائج ىذه الد ارسة المقارنة اشتممت عمي 05 مريض تم جمعيم من العيادات الخارجية بمستشفيات جامعة القاىرة ،حيث تم تشخصييم بالالتياب النفروزي المزمن:تم تقسيم المرضي الي مجموعتين ،المجموعة الاولي اشتممت عمي 50 مريض التياب نفروزي تم وصف عقار الامباجمفموزين 50مجم مرة يوميا لمدة ثلاثة اشير ليم بالاضافة الي بروتوكول العلاج المنتظم )قافلات نظام رنين انجيوتنسين-الدوستيرون و مثبطات المناعة( والمجموعة الثانية اشتممت عمي specialized by Asmaa Shaban Sway ; Supervised Prof.Dr. Hany AbdEEl Rahman hammad, Prof.Dr.Mariana victor Philips.
