N2  - To evaluate the clinical behavior of translucent zirconia crowns in dental
esthetic zone with biologically oriented preparation technique versus conventional
preparation
Methodology: For teeth in the aesthetic zone, 44 monolithic translucent zirconia single
crowns were fabricated. According to the preparation designs, the patients were
separated into two groups. Group1: conventional (horizontal preparation design)
Group2: BOPT (vertical preparation design). For the first step, after final cementation.
The Modified United States Public Health Service (MUSPH) criteria for restoration
clinical evaluations were used to assess marginal adaption, marginal discoloration and
fracture, patient satisfaction and gingival inflammation score were assessed
immediately after cementation. Then these measures were taken again after three, six,
nine, and twelve months
; هدف هذه الدراسة هو التقويم الاكلينيكي لتيجان الزركونيا الشفافة في المنطقة السنية الجمالية باستخدام تقنية التحضير
الموجة حيويا ) التحضير العمودى ( مقارنة بالتحضير التقليدى ) التحضير العرضي( .
اشتملت الدراسه علىى تصنيع اربعة و اربعون تاج من الزركونيا الشفافة في المنطقة السنيه الجمالية و تم تقسيم المرضى على
مجموعتين :
المجموعة الأولى: مجموعه التحضير التقليدى )التتحضير العضرى (.
المجموعة الثانية : مجموعة التحضير الموجه حيويا )التحضير العمودى (.
تم عمل خطوة تيجان مؤقتة باستخدام تيجان بلاستيكيه و لصقها بصورة مؤقتة لحين الانتهاء من تصنيع التيجان النهائيه من
ماده الزركونيا الشفافه المتجانسة . تم استخدام تقنية الكاد /كام لتصنيع كلا من التيجان البلاستيكية و تيجان الزكونيا الشفافة
المتجانسة
