N2  - استهدفت الباحثة من خلال هذه الدراسة رصد وتحليل تعليقات القراء على صفحات الشخصيات العامة المصرية على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي.
وتكمن أهمية الدراسة في محاولة رصد وتحليل تعليقات القراء ومعرفة اتجاهاتهم نحو الموضوعات المطروحة على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، كذلك أهمية دراسة المجال العام وتطوره خلال عملية الاتصال على شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي.
كما هدفت الدراسة رصد وتحليل تعليقات القراء على أطروحات الشخصيات العامة المصرية محل الدراسة على موقع تويتر، وإجراء مقارنة بين تلك التعليقات، ودراسة كثافة متابعة المستخدمين لصفحات الشخصيات العامة المصرية خلال فترة الدراسة، بالإضافة إلى متابعة ورصد الأطروحات التي تدونها الشخصيات العامة المصرية خلال فترة الدراسة، بالإضافة إلى رصد الحجج والبراهين والقوى الفاعلة التي اعتمد عليها المستخدمون في التعبير عن آرائهم.
كذلك دراسة مدى التزام المستخدمين بأخلاقيات التعبير عن رأيهم تجاه الموضوعات والقضايا المطروحة، دون الخروج عن مقتضيات التعبير عن الرأي داخل المجال العام الافتراضي. 
ووفقًا لأهداف الدراسة، قد تم الاعتماد على بعض الأدوات البحثية التي مكنت الباحثة من الوصول إلى نتائج الدراسة، والتي تمثلت في الآتي:
تحليل المضمون: من خلال استمارة تحليل المضمون؛ حيث تم رصد وتحليل تعليقات المستخدمين خلال فترة الدراسة، وذلك للوصول إلى تحليل كمي للأطروحات، وتعليقات المستخدمين.
تحليل الخطاب: وذلك بهدف تحليل الأطروحات خلال فترة الدراسة.
تحليل الأطر المرجعية: من خلال دراسة الأطر التي اعتمد عليها المستخدمون في كتابة تعليقاتهم.
تحليل القوى الفاعلة: للوصول إلى الفاعلين الأساسيين في أطروحات الشخصيات العامة، وتعليقات المستخدمين. 
تحليل مسارات البرهنة: للوقوف على الحجج والبراهين المستخدمة في كتابة الأطروحات والتعليقات خلال فترة الدراسة.
وقد تم إجراء الدراسة على عدد من الصفحات الخاصة بشخصيات عامة مصرية على موقع تويتر، وهم (الصحفي مصطفى بكري، الكاتبة فريدة الشوباشي، الشيخ أسامة الأزهري، اللاعب عماد متعب)، وقد تم إجراء الدراسة خلال الفترة الزمنية بدءًا من 1/1/2019 وحتى 30/6/2019.
وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، منها ما يتعلق بتحليل الأطروحات، ومنها ما يتعلق بتحليل التعليقات الخاصة بالمستخدمين خلال فترة الدراسة.
وقد ظهرت أهمية تطبيق نظرية المجال العام على شبكة الإنترنت -وتحديدًا منصات التواصل الاجتماعي- لما تتيحه هذه المنصات من سهولة في التواصل مع الآخرين، وكذلك سهولة في كتابة ما يدور بخاطر المستخدم، والتعبير عنه، ومشاركته مع الآخرين.
ومن أبرز ما توصلت إليه الدراسة أن غلب استخدام اللغة العربية في كتابة الأطروحات الخاصة بالشخصيات العامة المصرية محل الدراسة، كذلك غلب استخدام الفصحى المبسطة مستوًى لكتابة الأطروحات الخاصة بشخصيات الدراسة.
كذلك تعدد الأفكار التي يمكن أن تحملها الأطروحة الواحدة، ومن ثم يمكن للأطروحة الواحدة أن تنتمي إلى عدد من المرجعيات.
من خلال تحليل التعليقات خلال فترة الدراسة، أشارت نتائج البحث إلى قلة تفاعل الشخصيات العامة محل الدراسة داخل مجال تعليقات المستخدمين، وهو ما يؤثر سلبًا على مسار عملية التعليقات؛ حيث ظهر خلال تحليل التعليقات رغبة المستخدمين في إيجاد ردود على تساؤلات مطروحة متعلقة بموضوع الأطروحة التي أثارها أحد شخصيات الدراسة.
وبالنسبة لمواقف المستخدمين تجاه الأطروحات، فقد تباينت مواقفهم تجاه الأطروحات محل الدراسة، وأشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى رغبة المستخدمين في التعبير عن الرأي داخل المجال الافتراضي؛ سواء حملت التعليقات المسارات المنطقية أو الوجدانية.
كذلك أوضحت الدراسة قيام المستخدمين بنشر تعليقاتهم، من خلال الوسائط المتعددة؛ من صور، ورسوم، وروابط، وفيديوهات، وكذلك التعبيرات الجاهزة emoji.
وبالنسبة للقوى الفاعلة، فقد تعددت القوى الفاعلة لتعليقات المستخدمين خلال فترة الدراسة، وتفرعت ما بين أفراد فاعلين، وقوى فاعلة متمثلة في منظمات ودول وجهات، وأخرى تذكر للقوى الفاعلة؛ لتشمل ما لم يصنف بالتصنيفات السابقة، كذلك تعددت الأطر المرجعية للتعليقات؛ فقد يقدم المستخدم داخل التعليق أكثر من إطار مرجعي، بمعنى أن التعليق يتناول عددًا من النواحي.
; The current study aims to identify the reader's comments on the personal pages of the Egyptian public figures on social networking sites. The importance of the study lies in trying to monitor and analyze the reader's comments, their attitudes towards topics raised on social networking sites and its development during the communication process on social media. The study also aimed to monitor the ethics of readers through their published comments on social media analyzing comments on the frames of Egyptian public figures take on twitter and making a comparison between those comments and the intensity of users' follow-up pages of Egyptian public figures, in addition to arguments, proofs and actors that the users replied on to express their opinions. The extent to which the users are able to express their opinion on topics and issues is presented without deviating from the exclusions of expressing an opinion within the virtual public sphere. According to the objectives of the study, it relied on some broadcasting channels that the researcher hired to access to the outcome of the study, as follows:
Content analysis: through a content analysis form, comments were monitored and analysis users in order to access a quantitative analysis of theses and comments of users. 
Discourse analysis: with the aim of analyzing these during the study period.
Analysis of frames of reference: the study of the frameworks on which users write their comments. 
An analysis of the active forces: a description of the main alpha Allen in the frameworks of the public figures user comments.
Analysis of evidence paths: to find out the arguments and proofs used in writing theses and comments during the study period. The study was conducted on a number of pages of Egyptian public figures on twitter (journalist Mostafa Bakry, the writer Farida Elchoubachy, Sheikh Usama Al Azhary, football player Emad Meteb). The study was conducted from 1/1/2019 until 30/6/2019. The study reached a set of results, including those related to the analysis of user's comments during the study period.
The importance of applying public sphere theory to the internet, specifically communication platforms, has emerged because these platforms allow for ease in communicating with others, as well as ease of writing what the users think, express, and share with others. Among the most prominent finding of the study is that the use of the Arabic language predominates in writing frames and special paintings with the Egyptian public figures under study. The simplified standard Arabic writing theses for study personalities is remarkable. It also enumerates the number of ideas that one thesis can carry, and therefore one thesis can belong to a number of references. By analyzing the comments during the study period, the results of the research indicated the lack of interaction of the characters. The general subject of the study is within the field of user feedback, which negatively affects comments. The desire of users to find answers to questions appeared as proposition related to the thesis topic raised by one of the study figures. As for the users' attitudes towards theses, their attitudes towards the local theses varied in the study. The result of the study indicated the desire of users to express their opinion
