هدفت الدراسة إلى تقييم دور القيادة الأبوية في إدارة المشاريع باعتبارها "حالة" دراسة" من خلال الاستبيانات واختبار الفرضيات الرئيسية والفرعية. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن النتائج التالية: صحة الفرضية الرئيسية حيث ثبت وجود علاقة معنوية بين القيادة الأبوية وإدارة المشاريع في شركة العربي جروب للتجارة والصناعة. صحة الفرضيات الفرعية التسع التي تنبثق من الفرضيات الرئيسيةالفرضية ، حيث ثبت أن هناك علاقات ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الأبعاد الثلاثة (السلطوية القيادة والقيادة الخيرة والقيادة الفاضلة) للمتغير المستقل (القيادة الأبوية) كمتغيرات مستقلة والأبعاد الثلاثة (الوقت ، التكلفة ، الجودة) للمتغير التابع (إدارة المشاريع) كمتغيرات تابعة في العربي مجموعة للتجارة والصناعة. نتائج الانحدار البسيط وتحليل الانحدار المتعدد التدريجي The study aimed to evaluate the role of Paternalistic Leadership in managing projects as a “case study” through questionnaires and testing of the main and sub-hypotheses. The study concluded the following results: The correctness of the main hypothesis, as it was proven that there is a significant relationship between Paternalistic Leadership and project management in El-Araby Group Company for Trade and Industry. The correctness of the nine sub-hypotheses that emanate from the main hypothesis, where it was proven that there are significant relationships between the three dimensions (Authoritarian Leadership, Benevolent Leadership, and Virtuous Leadership) of the independent variable (Paternalistic Leadership) as independent variables and the three dimensions (time, cost, quality) of the dependent variable (Project Management) as dependent variables at El-Araby Group for Trade and Industry. The results of simple regression and the gradual multiple regression analysis of the dimensions of Paternalistic Leadership on each of the dependent variable and its three dimensions proved the following: - The results of simple regression are that: (Virtuous Leadership) is the most influential on the dependent variable (Project Management), followed by (Authoritarian Leadership), and finally (Benevolent Leadership). While the results of gradual multiple regression analysis are that only the two dimensions (Authoritarian Leadership, Virtuous Leadership) are affecting the dependent variable, while the dimension (Benevolent Leadership) does not affect the dependent variable). - The results of simple regression are that: (Virtuous Leadership) is the most influential on the dimension (time) of the dependent variable (Project Management), followed by (Benevolent Leadership), and finally (Authoritarian Leadership).
