The study population consisted of engineers, researchers, and officials in the agricultural extension sector at the Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation. The study sample included (371) individuals; including (150) agricultural engineers, (120) researchers, and (101) government officials. The researcher used the descriptive approach as a method for the study and used the questionnaire as tool for the study
