<br/><br/> The present investigation sought to find out the potential benefits. of <br/>in ovo injection with nutritive promoting agent on growth performance.<br/>This was guided in accordance with the regulation of the Veterinary <br/>Medicine Cairo University Institutional Animal Care and Use <br/>Committee(Vet-Cu-IACUC) with approval number (Vet cu 08072023740). <br/>this study was conducted on 300 egg from 31 week old ross308 flock divided <br/>into 5 groups at incubator each set contain120 eggs. Groups were named <br/>Control negative( non injected ), Control positive (saline 0.9% injected ), <br/>Ascorbic acid, Creatine pyruvate , combination between ascorbic acid and <br/>creatine pyruvate During late stage of incubation there were an oxidative <br/>stress and energy shortage so this is the basic of its study .<br/>We bought a pure form of creatine pyruvate and ascorbic acid to study <br/>its effect when inject it on eggs at 17 day of incubation under complete <br/>aseptic condition and candling to localize the amnion site around embryo <br/>.The egg shell was drilled and injected with 21 gauge needle then closed with <br/>wax all process did not take more than 15 minutes All incubation parameters <br/>are the ideal for incubation and the same for each group <br/>At hatching ,hatchability ,hatching weight ,health activity were <br/>measured and showed great effect in ascorbic acid and creatine pyruvate <br/>groups. Hatchability percentage werw 90% in ascorbic acid group ,creatine <br/>pyruvate group in comparison to 83% of control negative group .Ascorbic <br/>acid injection save 24 hrs from incubation so we save a lot of money and <br/>effort and as well the activity af chicks were perfect .<br/>57<br/>Histological analysis show increase villi height and crypt depth in <br/>ascorbic acid groups , better muscular histology ,liver cell orientation . Cbc<br/>,oxidative stress ,blood glucose levels ,ck activity are higher in ascorbic acid <br/>group and creatine pyruvate group so there is better health parameters .<br/>Combination group show fair results.  تهدف هذه الدراسة الي توضيح تأثير حقن البيض بمواد لها القدرة علي تحفيز النمو وتحسينه وذلك للتغلب علي النقص الشديد في الطاقة الذي يحدث في اخر فترة من التحضينتم اجراء الدراسة علي 300 بيضة من النوع روس 308 أجريت هذه الدراسة وفقا للمبادئ الأخلاقية للتجارب علي الحيوانات التي اعتمدتها لجنة رعاية  الحيوان المؤسسية واستخدامها في كلية الطب البيطري جامعة القاهرة .  (Vetcu08072023740)<br/>تم الحصول علي المواد بصورة نقية جدا وذلك لدراسة تأثيرها بصورة واضحة و تم استخدام الأدوات المعقمة لأحداث الثقب بالبيض المخصب وإجراء عملية الحقن تحت نظام تعقيم كامل حيث تم تقسيم البيض الي خمس مجموعات :مجموعةمعاملة سلبية (بدون علاج )، ومجموع محلول الملح (المعاملة الإيجابية ) ، و مجموعة حمض الاسكوربيك ، و مجموع الكرياتين بيروفيت ، و مجموعة الخليط بين الكرياتين وحمض الاسكوربيكتم اجراء فحص يوم الفقس لقياس وزن الكتاكيت ومعدل الفقس وتم اجراء التحاليل بعد يومين من التربية .<br/>تسبب الحقن بحمض الاسكوربيك في زيادة معدل الفقس ،متوسط الوزن ،النشاط الحيوي وتحسين الوظائف الحيوية وتقليل الجهد التأكسديتسبب الكيرياتين في نتائج جيدة قريبة من نتائج الحقن بحمض الاسكوربيك بينما حقن الخليط بين الاسكوربيك والكيرياتين كان له بعض النتائج الجيدة الي حد ما .<br/>
