<br/><br/>      The nursing education is responsible for the development of human resources of nursing sector, International Organization for Standardization published ISO 21001:2018 as educational requirements for the management system of educational organizations. This standard is intended to help educational institutions work on their continuous improvement path by applying a robust, standardized management system.<br/>     Al-Zahra University Institute at Al-Azhar University´s wants to become an educational service leader to be able to apply both quality and business performance through move beyond process improvement and incorporate “process improvement” in their ISO 21001 clauses.<br/>     Therefore, the aim of this work is to increase the importance of the Education sector in our country and increase the competition, therefore the need to search and explore new strategies are an urgent to improve the quality of education of Al-Zahra University Institute at Al-Azhar University.<br/>     So, our thesis is consisting of five chapters that covers the research of importance of applying ISO 21001 in educational institutions, especially in nursing institutes  and these chapters are as following :<br/>1-	Chapter one which covered the introduction and background of research, identifying the objective of a study to integrate educational organizational management system and international ISO standards 21001 in nursing education organization with problems faced and the benefits gained. The research will use descriptive and analytical approaches to show the result.<br/>2-	Chapter two which covers the Educational organizations management system (EOMS),its Principles, Learners and Special Needs Education, International ISO standard 21001, Purpose of ISO 21001, Principles and Innovations of ISO 21001 , Structure of the ISO 21001 standard , Achieving Social Responsibility With The Help of ISO 21001, Focusing on The Needs and Exceptions of Learners and Other Beneficiaries , The implementation methodology, Training and certification of professionals and the Conclusion.<br/>3-	Chapter three which covers the Effective leadership in higher education , Conceptual framework of leadership, The importance of Leadership on the quality of education, Learners and special needs education , The Challenge of Higher Education in the Globalization Era, Improvement of education quality based on fulfillment of ISO requirements, Strategic Leadership Definition , Strategic Leadership and Nature of its Work , The Importance of Strategic Leadership, Skills of Strategic Leadership , Strategic Leadership Planning, Practices of effective strategic leadership , Roles of strategic leaders in university , Obstacles of Strategic Leadership at institutions , Requirements of Strategic Leadership at Egyptian institutions and Understanding of the organization and its context.<br/>4-	Chapter four which covers the establishing a case study based on the proposed framework for educational organizational management system international ISO standards 21001 in nursing education organization.<br/>5-	Chapter five which covers the results of the analyzed data, discussion the findings and includes the conclusions based on the analysis of research data, recommendation, and future research.  يعتبر التعليم التمريضي مسؤول عن تطوير الموارد البشرية في قطاع التمريض ، وقد نشرت المنظمة الدولية للتوحيد القياسي ISO 21001: 2018 متطلبات التعليم لنظام إدارة المؤسسات التعليمية. ويهدف هذا المعيار إلى مساعدة المؤسسات التعليمية على العمل على مسار التحسين المستمر من خلال تطبيق نظام إدارة قوي وموحد.<br/>معهد جامعة الزهراء في جامعة الأزهر تطمح أن تصبح معهدا رياديا في خدمات التعليم لتمكينه من تطبيق كل من الجودة والأداء التجاري من خلال التحرك بعيدًا عن تحسين العمليات ودمج "تحسين العمليات" في بنود ISO 21001 الخاصة به.<br/>لذلك ، يهدف هذا العمل إلى زيادة أهمية قطاع التعليم في بلدنا وزيادة المنافسة ، وبالتالي فإن الحاجة إلى البحث واستكشاف استراتيجيات جديدة هي ضرورية لتحسين جودة التعليم في معهد جامعة الزهراء في جامعة الأزهر.<br/>لذلك ، تتألف أطروحتنا من خمسة فصول تغطي بحثًا عن أهمية تطبيق ايزو 21001 في تحسين جوده التعليم في المعاهد التمريضية بشكل خاص  وهذه الفصول هي كالتالي:<br/>1-	الفصل الأول الذي يغطي المقدمة والخلفية للبحث ، وتحديد هدف الدراسة لدمج نظام إدارة المؤسسات التعليمية ومعايير ISO الدولية 21001 في منظمة التعليم التمريضي مع المشاكل التي تواجهها والفوائد المكتسبة. ستستخدم البحث النهج الوصفي والتحليلي لإظهار النتيجة.<br/>2-	الفصل الثاني الذي يغطي نظام إدارة المؤسسات التعليمية (EOMS) ، ومبادئها ، وتعليم المتعلمين والاحتياجات الخاصة ، والمعيار الدولي ISO 21001 ، وغرض ISO 21001 ، ومبادئ وابتكارات ISO 21001 ، وهيكل معيار ISO 21001 ، وتحقيق المسؤولية الاجتماعية بمساعدة ISO 21001 ، والتركيز على احتياجات واستثناءات المتعلمين والمستفيدين الآخرين ، ومنهجية التنفيذ ، وتدريب وشهادة المهنيين والاستنتاج.<br/>3-	 الفصل الثالث الذي يغطي القيادة الفعالة في التعليم العالي ، والإطار المفاهيمي للقيادة ، وأهمية القيادة في جودة التعليم ، وتعليم المتعلمين والاحتياجات الخاصة ، وتحدي التعليم العالي في عصر العولمة ، وتحسين جودة التعليم بناءً على الوفاء بمتطلبات ISO ، وتعريف القيادة الاستراتيجية ، والقيادة الاستراتيجية وطبيعة عملها ، وأهمية القيادة الاستراتيجية ، ومهارات القيادة الاستراتيجية ، وتخطيط القيادة الاستراتيجية ، وممارسات القيادة الاستراتيجية الفعالة ، وأدوار القادة الاستراتيجيين في الجامعة ، وعقبات القيادة الاستراتيجية في المؤسسات ، ومتطلبات القيادة الاستراتيجية في المؤسسات المصرية وفهم المنظمة وسياقها.<br/>4-	الفصل الرابع الذي يغطي إنشاء دراسة حالة استنادًا إلى الإطار المقترح لنظام إدارة المؤسسات التعليمية الدولية ISO 21001 في منظمة التعليم التمريضي.<br/>5-	الفصل الخامس الذي يغطي نتائج البيانات المحللة ، ومناقشة النتائج ويتضمن الاستنتاجات على أساس تحليل بيانات البحث والتوصية والبحث المستقبلي.
