<br/><br/> تهدف الدراسة إلى اشباع بعد الحاجات الاساسية لاطفال مرضى الدم بمشاركة امهاتهم عن طريق برنامج فنون ادائية .<br/>     وتكونت عينة الدراسة من عينة )اطفال مرضى الدم) بمستشفى ابو الريش قسم امراض الدم – جامعة القاهرة وعددهم (24) طفل وتم تقسيمهم إلى مجموعتين إحداهما تجريبية وعددهم(12) طفل، ومجموعة ضابطة وعددها (12) طفل، وتراوحت اعمارهم بين (4-6) سنوات، وأيضًا عينة (الامهات) وعددهم (24) ام لاطفال مرضى الدم ، وتم تقسيمهم إلى مجموعتين إحداهما تجريبية وعددها(12) ام، ومجموعة ضابطة وعددها (12) ام.<br/>   واستخدم الدراسة المنهج شبه التجريبي، حيث اعتمدت الباحثة فى المنهج شبه التجريبي لتطبيق لقاءات برنامج فنون الاداء على المجموعة التجريبية من عينة (اطفال مرضى الدم)، ثم تطبيق برنامج  على عينة (الامهات) لاشباع بعض الحاجات الاساسية لدى اطفالهن , وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى فاعلية برنامج فنون اداء لاشباع بعض الحاجات الاساسية لاطفال مرضى الدم بمشاركة امهاتهم ، كما توصلت إلى أن فاعلية برنامجي الدراسة مستمرة بعد فترة زمنية من خلال القياس التتبعى.<br/>  The study aims to meet some of the basic needs of children with blood diseases through a performing arts program involving their mothers. The study sample consisted of children with blood diseases at Abu El-Rish Hospital, Hematology Department, Cairo University, totaling 24 children. They were divided into two groups, an experimental group consisting of 12 children, and a control group consisting of 12 children, ranging in age from 4 to 6 years. The study also included a sample of 24 mothers of children with blood diseases, divided into an experimental group of 12 mothers and a control group of 12 mothers.<br/>The study utilized the quasi-experimental method. In the quasi-experimental method, the researcher applied the program's sessions to the experimental group of children with blood diseases, followed by the application of the program to the mothers to meet some of the basic needs of their children.<br/>The study results indicated the effectiveness of the performing arts program in meeting some basic needs of children with blood diseases with the participation of their mothers. The study also found that the effectiveness of the study programs continued after a period of time through follow-up measurements.<br/>
