N2  - COVID-19 infection might potentially induce acute cardiovascular events in individuals with preexisting stable cardiovascular conditions, or manifest as various cardiac symptoms such as acute coronary syndrome, acute heart failure, arrhythmia, and sudden cardiac death .This study was conducted at the ICU unit at Ahmed Maher teaching hospital and conducted on 60 selected patients suffering from severe form of covid-19, aimed to detect Cardiac complications in critically-ill noncardiac covid-19 patients including heart failure, acute coronary syndrome or Arrhythmias in a period of 6months from the onset of the disease; من المحتمل ان تؤدي عدوى كوفيد -19 الى مضاعفات حادة للقلب والاوعية الدموية لدي الأفراد الذين يعانون من حالات قلبية وعائية مستقرة موجودة مسبقا. أو تظهر كأعراض قلبية مختلفة مثل متلازمة الشريان التاجي وفشل عضلة القلب أو عدم انتظام ضربات القلب هدفت الدراسة الى الكشف عن مضاعفات القلب لدى مرضى كوفيد-19 الغير مصابين بأمراض القلب فى فترة 6 أشهر منذ بداية المرض.  أجريت هذه الدراسة فى وحدة العناية المركزة بمستشفى احمد ماهر التعليمى وتم اجرائها على 60 مريضا يعانون من شكل حاد من فيروس كورونا وغير مصابين بأمراض قلبيه مسبقاً
