<br/><br/>      تهدف هذه الرسالة إلي التعرف علي واحد من مداخل التحسين المستمر  الشهيرة علي المستوي العالمي، والمتمثل في منهجية كايزن . هذا المدخل الياباني الذي يسعي لجعل المنشأت الصناعية مكاناً محفزاً يشارك فيه الجميع بايجابية وبذلك يرفع من درجة جودة العمليات التي تؤدي بدورها لرفع جودة مخرجات المنشأت وتحقيق رضا عملائها وبالتالي تحقيق النجاح الذي تصبو إليه .<br/>    ومن أجل هذا تم استعراض اهم الجوانب المتعلقة بكل من جودة العمليات ومنهجية كايزن واستعراض اهم ابعاد جودة العمليات التي يمكن تحسينها من خلال تطبيق كايزن، وقد تم تصميم استبيان واستخدامه لجمع البيانات من عينه قوامها ( 67 ) والتي تمثل في مديريين وأخصائيين ورؤساء الأقسام  بمحل الدراسة ( شركة قطاع خاص في صناعة البلاستيك للأدوية والمواد الغذائية(  وينقسم الاستبيان إلي أجزاء مختلفة من أجل جمع البيانات  وقد قام الباحث بإستخدام المنهج التحليلي الوصفي ، وتم جمع البيانات وتحليلها بإستخدام البرامج الإحصائية،SPSS  .<br/>    وقد توصلت الدراسة إلي مجموعة من النتائج ومنها :<br/>1-	تحسين ظروف بيئة العمل وتوفير جودة حياة وظيفية عالية ، لان ذلك يستهدف التاثير الإيجابي في  أهم عامل من عوامل النجاح والمتمثل في الموارد البشرية وإخراج افضل ما لديهم من أجل القضاء علي الفواقد في العمليات داخل المنشأت الصناعية .<br/>2-	استخدام طريقة 5(S)  التي تؤدي إلي ترتيب بيئة العمل وفق منهجية محكمة ، وتجعل منها امنة نظيفة وفي غاية التنظيم .<br/>3-	إستخدام الإدارة لمنهجية كايزن يتيح للقيادة التعامل جيدا مع العاملين والتعاون معهم من اجل حل المشاكل ، كما تلزم القيادة بإشراك العاملين بعمليات التحسين وإتاحة الفرص لهم من أجل الإبداع والإبتكار ، وتزيد من درجة تحفيزهم ويحسن من روحهم المعنوية.<br/>4-	تحسن منهجية كايزن مهارات العاملين ، وتساعدهم علي التعلم باستمرار ، كما تزرع فيهم قيم الإلتزام الذاتي، وبالتالي يتم السيطرة علي الفواقد  في مجتمع البحث .<br/>          وقد قدمت الدراسة توصيات بضرورة  تطبيق منهجية كايزن للتحسين المستمر بالمنشأت الصناعية ، لما لها من أثر إيجابي علي تحسين الأداء، العمليات، والقضاء علي الوقت الضائع، خفض التكاليف، زيادة الأرباح، وتحسين بيئة العمل للعاملين.<br/>  This thesis aims to explore one of the continuous improvement approaches on a global level, namely, the Kaizen methodology. This Japanese approach strives to transform industrial facilities into motivating spaces where everyone participates positively. Consequently, it elevates the quality of processes, leading to improved outcomes, customer satisfaction, and ultimately the success we aspire to achieve.<br/>     In pursuit of this, a thorough examination of aspects related to process quality and Kaizen was conducted. A survey was designed and implemented to collect data from a sample of 67 participants, including managers, specialists and heads of departments in the research community (a private company in the plastic industry for medicines and foods). The survey was divided into different sections to gather information effectively.<br/>     The researcher employed a descriptive analytical approach, and data were collected and analyzed using statistical software, including SPSS.<br/>The study yielded several key findings:<br/>1.	Improving working conditions and providing a high-quality work environment are essential. This approach aims to affect positively one of the most crucial success factors: human resources. Employees' optimal performance helps eliminate deficiencies in industrial processes.<br/>2.	The utilization of the 5S methodology systematically organizes the work environment, making it safe, clean, and highly organized.<br/>3.	Implementing Kaizen methodology empowers leadership to interact effectively with employees, fostering collaboration to solve problems. Leadership also involves employees in improvement processes, providing opportunities for innovation and creativity and enhancing motivation.<br/>4.	Kaizen methodology enhances employees' skills and promotes continuous learning. It instills values of self-discipline and helps control deficiencies within the research community.<br/>     The study recommends the adoption of the Kaizen methodology for continuous improvement in industrial companies. This approach has a positive impact on enhancing performance, optimizing processes, reducing waste, cutting costs, increasing profits, and improving the working environment for employees.<br/>
