<br/><br/> Labor productivity is considered from key success factors for achieving project on time and within budget. Construction projects are featured by the inherent nature of changes that could occur at any phase of the project. The severe impact of changes is during the execution of the construction phase of projects leading to delay, disruption and cost overrun, and hence, causing cost overrun and financial loss for contractual parties. Proving and quantifying lost labor productivity due to changes is considered one of the most controversial areas in the field of construction claims and disputes. The carried-out research aimed at investigating the level of awareness, frequency of usage, and success rate of each of the disruption analysis quantification methodologies. In addition to, factors affecting their selection and reasons behind not fulfilling disruption claim in Egypt. Finally, A Web-Based expert system was developed based on four factors to facilitate the determination of the most appropriate productivity loss quantification analysis methodology, ensuring successful cost compensation claims and reducing chances for disputes between contractual parties  تعتبر إنتاجية العمالة احد مقاييس النجاح الرئيسية لتنقيذ المشروع طبقا للوقت المحدد والميزانية المحددة. تتصف مشروعات التشييد بالطبيعة المتأصلة للتغييرات التي يمكن أن تحدث في أي مرحلة من مراحل المشروع. حيث أوج تأثير التغييرات هو أثناء تنفيذ مرحلة التشييد مما يؤدي إلى التأخير وتجاوز التكلفة والخسارة المالية للأطراف محل التعاقد. إن إثبات وقياس فقدان إنتاجية العمالة بسبب التغييرات من أكثر المجالات إثارة للنزاع في مجال دعاوى ومنازعات التشييد. إن هدف البحث هو التحقق من مستوى الوعي، وتكرار استخدام، ومعدل نجاح منهجيات التحليل الكمي لتحليل فقدان الانتناجية. بالإضافة إلى العوامل المؤثرة في اختيارهم والأسباب الكامنة وراء عدم تلبية مطالبة فقدان الانتناجية في مصر. وأخيرا تم تطوير نظام خبير قائم على الويب استنادًا إلى أربعة معايير مما يضمن النجاح مطالبات تعويض التكلفة و تقليل فرص النزاعات بين أطراف التعاقد.
