<br/><br/> أكدت الدراسة على أهمية التقسيم الإداري وفاعليته على التنمية المحلية في ظل توافر إطار مؤسسي يعتمد معايير توفر الكفاءة المكانية لمنطقة التقسيم الإداري ، وكذلك العدالة المكانية التي تساعد المواطنين في الحصول على الخدمات العامة في المنطقة في الوقت عادل  لجميع المواطنين. عندما يتم تطبيق اللامركزية ، تؤدي ذاك إلى تنمية إدارية فعالة وبالتالي إلى التنمية المحلية. يمنح تطبيق الحكم الذاتي المواطن شعوراً بالانتماء للوطن ، فيبذل قصارى جهده للحفاظ على المال العام ، وابتكار وتقديم الأفكار الجيدة التي تنمي المجتمع، يؤدي أيضاً إلي زيادة مشاركة المواطن في الحكم والتطوع للعمل العام. كما يعمل التقسيم الإداري الجيد على تطوير الحياة السياسية للمواطنين عندما يستخدمون أدوات المشاركة الشعبية مثل "حضور جلسات المجلس المحلي" و "جلسات الاستماع" .... إلخ، للتعبير عن آرائهم في القضايا التي تهمهم من أجل تطوير مجتمعهم. واخيرا اهمية التقسيم الاداري في التنمية الاقتصادية عندما يقترن بمشاركة المجالس المحلية في محاربة الفقر والعمل على القضاء على البطالة من خلال توفير فرص عمل مناسبة للمواطنين.  The study emphasized the importance of administrative division and its effectiveness on local development in light of the availability of an institutional framework that adopts standards that provide spatial efficiency for the administrative division area, as well as spatial justice that helps citizens obtain public services, in the region in a fair time and manner for all citizens. When decentralization is implemented, it leads to effective administrative development and thus to local development. Implementing self-government gives the citizen a sense of belonging to the homeland, so he / she makes every effort to preserve public money, innovate and present good ideas that develop society, and finally leads to increase the citizen’s participation in governance and volunteering for public work. Good administrative division also develops the political life of citizens, when they use popular participation tools such as “attending local council sessions,” “listening sessions,” etc., they will be able to express their opinions on issues that concern them in order to develop their community. Finally, the good of administrative division leads to the economic development, when it is combined with the participation of local councils in fighting poverty and working to eliminate unemployment by providing suitable job opportunities for citizens.
