<br/><br/> This dissertation focuses on the quantitative determination of selected medications containing hydroxyl groups when combined with other drugs. Specifically, it investigates two mixtures; the first one was sodium hyaluronate and silver sulfadiazine in cream dosage form and the second one was bambuterol hydrochloride and montelukast sodium in tablet dosage form. The objective was to devise diverse analytical approaches characterized by simplicity, precision, and optimal sensitivity for quantifying these drugs in their respective formulations.<br/>      The first studied mixture was sodium hyalurontae as a hydroxyl group containing drug co-formulated with silver sulfadiazine in a cream pharmaceutical dosage form. A chromatographic RP-HPLC method was developed and fully validated for the successful determination of both drugs in the presence of parabens. Additionally, a potentiometric ion-selective electrode was fabricated to selectively determine silver sulfadiazine amidst other components. Furthermore, two different spectrophotometric methods were described for determining both drugs. <br/>      The second studied mixture was a mixture of bambuterol hydrochloride and montelukast sodium as a hydroxyl group containing drugs. A simple chromatographic RP-HPLC method was established for the determination of both drugs in their respective dosage form as well as in their dissolution media. Different greenness assessment tools were applied to some selected  analytical procedures to assess the safety.    تتناول هذه الرسالة العلمية التحليل الكمي لبعض الأدوية التي تحتوي على مجموعات الهيدروكسيل عند مزجها مع أدوية أخرى. وتحديدًا، يتم دراسة مزيجين؛ الأول هو مزيج من هيالورونات الصوديوم وسلفاديازين الفضة في الشكل الصيدلاني الكريم، والثاني هو مزيج من بامبوتيرول هيدروكلوريد ومونتيلوكاست الصوديوم في الشكل الصيدلاني الأقراص.  <br/>تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تطوير طرق تحليلية متنوعة تتميز بالبساطة والدقة والحساسية المثلى لتحديد كميات هذه الأدوية في صيغها الصيدلانية.<br/>تتكون هذه الرسالة من خمسة فصول، بالإضافة إلى ملخصين باللغة العربية والإنجليزية.<br/>الفصل الاول: يقدم خلفية عامة و يستعرض بشكل شامل الأدبيات العلمية المتعلقة بالأدوية محل الدراسة.<br/>الفصل الثاني: يتناول تطوير طريقة كروماتوغرافية تهدف إلى التحديد الدقيق والكمي لسلفاديازين الفضة وهيالورونات الصوديوم في أشكالها الصيدلانية.<br/>يعرض تقنيات طيفية متعددة تم تطويرها لتحديد سلفاديازين الفضة وهيالورونات الصوديوم بشكل متزامن في أشكالها الصيدلانية، حتى في وجود ميثيل وبروبايل البارابين.<br/>الفصل الثالث: تطوير طرق بجهود كهربية باستخدام أقطاب انتقائية للأيونات لتحديد سلفاديازين الفضة في شكله الصيدلاني مع هيالورونات الصوديوم.<br/>الفصل الرابع: يعرض تقنيات طيفية متعددة تم تطويرها لتحديد سلفاديازين الفضة وهيالورونات الصوديوم بشكل متزامن في أشكالها الصيدلانية.<br/>الفصل الخامس: تم وصف طريقة كروماتوغرافية للتحديد الكمي لمزيج من بامبوتيرول هيدروكلوريد ومونتيلوكاست الصوديوم في شكلهما الصيدلاني، مع دراسة ملف الذوبان في وسط الذوبان.
