<br/><br/> 68 male patients with chronic non-bacterial prostatitis, were divided into two groups. Group (A) received the sacral high voltage tiny impulses electrical stimulation of pain gone pen (PGP). Group (B) received the Perineal high voltage tiny impulses electrical stimulation of pain gone pen (PGP), PGP stimulation was applied (for a brief period) one (10 clicks) in about 10 minutes on the exaggerated sacral and perineal trigger points, 3 times weekly for 2 months as a total period of treatment. Application both the sacral and perineal high voltage tiny impulses electrical stimulation of pain gone pen (PGP) had a valuable effects on chronic non-bacterial prostatitis as evidenced by the highly significant decreases in serum cortisol level (SCL), comparative pain scale (CPS) and National Institutes of Health Chronic Prostatitis Symptom index (NIH-CPSI). But after the end of treatment, both the sacral and the perineal high voltage tiny impulses electrical stimulation of pain gone pen (PGP) were nearly equivalent in their effects and there were non-significant differences between them. <br/><br/>    <br/>اشترك في هذه الدراسة  ثمانية وستون مريضا ممن يعانون من الالتهاب الغيربكتيرى المزمن للبروستاتا، وكانت أعمارهم تتراوح من ثلاثين إلي خمسين عاما، ولقد تم تقسيمهم عشوائيا إلي مجموعتين متساويتين في العدد (مجموعتى اختبار). مجموعة الاختبارالاولى: التي اشتملت علي اربعة وثلاثين مريضا طبق عليهم البرنامج العلاجى وهو التنبيه الكهربى العجزى لقلم إزالة الالم (PGP)  ذو النبضات الصغيرة عالية الفولتية على منطقة العجز ’تم تطبيق تحفيز PGP ) لفترة وجيزة) (10 نقرات) على العجز (تدفق الجهاز اللاسمبثاوي (بالاضافة الى العلاج الطبيعى التقليدى. مجموعة الاختبارالثانية: التي اشتملت علي اربعة وثلاثين مريضا طبق عليهم البرنامج العلاجى الثانى وهو التنبيه الكهربى العجانى لقلم إزالة الالم (PGP)  ذو النبضات الصغيرة عالية الفولتية على منطقة العجان ’ تم تطبيق تحفيز PGP (لفترة وجيزة) (10 نقرات) على منطقة العجان بين فتحة الشرج وكيس الصفن، مع إبقاء المريض في الوضع الجانبي الأيسر المريح للتنظير السيني بالاضافة الى العلاج الطبيعى التقليدى.   ولذا يمكن القول بان تأثير العلاج بالتنبيه الكهربى العجزى والعجانى لقلم إزالة الالم (PGP)  ذو النبضات الصغيرة عالية الفولتية  كانا متكافين تقريبا و مفيدان فى تحسن الالتهاب الغيربكتيرى المزمن للبروستاتا  كما هو مثبت من تقليل متوسطات كلا من مستوى كورتيزول الد(SCL) م  ومقياس الألم المقارن و (CPS) ومؤشر أعراض التهاب البروستاتا المزمن التابع للمعاهد الوطنية للصحة (NIH-CPSI). <br/>
